Henan Province has released Industrial Enterprise Off-Peak Production Implementation Program in Autumn and Winter 2017-2018 . 

  According to the program, local 13 aluminum smelters shall cut capacity by over 30% based on the number of electrolytic cells during Nov. 15, 2017-Mar. 15, 2018. Meanwhile, local 11 alumina producers shall slash capacity by over 30% based on the number of production lines.Changjiang spot  aluminum price increses by 320 CNY/Ton  this morning.
